Neem Powder---

Safflower---
Opens the pancreas and liver, energizes, balances insulin levels, helps digestion, burns cholesterol and fats.


Sage, Rubbed---
Pungent, and is an astringent, antiseptic, tonic herb, with a camphor-like aroma. Sage relaxes spasms, suppresses perspiration and lactation, improves liver function and digestion and has anti-inflammatory, anti-depressant and estrogenic effects. It also aids digestion, relieves sore throats, helps inflammation of the Mucous Membranes, Mouth and Gums. Is loaded with antioxidants, so is anti-aging - also is sedating and soothing, and has a tonic effect on the nerves.
Should not be used at high dosage or for long periods, as toxicity can occur.


Sesame, White---
The seeds are prescribed for problems such as dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision, and constipation. 'Tahini' is a thick cream made from ground sesame seeds, and 'gomasio' is crushed sesame and sea salt. Both are widely used in vegetarian cooking.

When used internally it may increase the effect of narcotics as well as some antidepressants.
Internal use of this herb at high dosage may result in skin sensitizing and phototoxicity when exposed to the sun, normally in fair skinned people, and due care should be taken.

Is a warming and sedative herb, with bitter principles, and is used to calm the nerves, help with pain relief, stimulate the appetite, lower blood pressure, relax spasms and improve digestion. Is also good for the Nervous System, and relieves Tension, thus promoting Sleep
Internal use of Valerian can cause drowsiness and should NOT be used in conjunction with other sedative drugs or anti-depressants.
When used internally it increase the effect of other sedative drugs.


Verbena/Vervain ---
Slightly bitter tisane is of very old usage as a digestive and sedative nightcap. Is boiled with water to make a tea, which is used as a herbal remedy for insomnia at night, and for general ailments during the day.
Strengthens the nervous system whilst relaxing tension and stress, and is used in the treatment of depression and melancholia.
FEVER REDUCER: 2 tsp dried Catnip, 1 tsp dry Vervain
